PEB what happens if i am found fit?

If the IPEB renders a “fit for duty” decision, you may either concur or nonconcur with that decision.

NONCONCUR

If you nonconcur, you should submit a written rebuttal that includes new medical information or performance data previously not available or considered by the IPEB.  Other supporting material may be presented.

  • If you are found fit by an IPEB, you do not have a legal right to a hearing; however, as an exception, a formal PEB may be request from the PEB president.
  • If you are found fit while on the TDRL, you are entitled to a formal hearing before the PEB
