Robert Weisneck
Office Manager and Intake Coordinator
Robert enlisted in the New Jersey Army National Guard in 1992 and attended Army Basic Training at Fort Sill, Oklahoma. He went on to serve as a Senior Human Resources Noncommissioned Officer (NCO) for two Major Subordinate Commands (MSC) where he advised the command group based on policies and regulatory guidance regarding a variety of personnel related actions. He also served as the Noncommissioned Officer in Charge (NCOIC) for the Enlisted Personnel Section at the New Jersey National Guard Joint Force Headquarters where he supervised the inspection and management of personnel records and transactions initiated by all system analysts from within the directorate. He also served as the Retirement Services NCOIC within the same organization where he was responsible for counseling Soldiers on their rights, benefits and entitlements and the retirement records of over 6,000 Soldiers. Robert retired from the New Jersey Army National Guard in 2018 with over 26 years of service.
He completed the Army National Guard Personnel Staff Course, Retirement Points Accounting Management, Personnel Specialist Course, Advanced Non-Commissioned Officer Course, Basic Non-Commissioned Officer Course and the Primary Leadership Development Course.
He is married with five children, two of which are currently enlisted in the Army and Air Force.
