Your Rights – Department Of Defense (DOD) Mandatory Use Of Experimental Spike Protein Injection Against Covid.

We dispute that the military has the authority to coerce you to take a non-FDA approved experimental injection of unknown materials with unknown consequences.  But that is easy for us to exclaim, since we are already retired.  Simply put, you can defend yourself and force the Government to prove their allegations of any misconduct in this regard. 

The FDA approval process is a laborious, time-consuming and an expensive five years for pharmaceutical companies, typically.  Cancer drugs go through the traditional procedure and far more people die of its various virulent forms than this flu-like Covid business.  I have had whatever this bug is and I was sick for 10 days. 

The vaccination industry has complete immunity if there are injection-related injuries. 

Therefore, if you are military and seek independent legal advice, you have a right to a confidential communication with a private lawyer at your expense.  Some lawyers offer free consultations but we are not equipped to do that, unfortunately.  You also have the right to a government legal assistance attorney at no charge. 

The process requires a hearing if you have over six years of military service.  Therefore, you cannot be discharged honorably, with a general under honorable characterization, or with an OTH, without waiving your right to a contested hearing known as an administrative separation board.  The Generals, Admirals and their JAG lawyers choose the board members who will decide your case though. 

You have the right to government counsel to prepare and to represent you at the hearing, at no expense to you, to testify or not to testify and to call expert and lay witnesses on your behalf and cross-examine the government’s witnesses.

Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin is reportedly planning to make the covid-19 vaccine mandatory for active duty troops. 

According to CNN, one defense official said Austin’s “inclination is towards making the COVID-19 vaccine mandatory.” 

If the Secretary makes that final recommendation, he could seek a presidential waiver to allow the vaccine to be administered to troops before full approval by the Food and Drug Administration. A Pentagon decision and recommendation on how to proceed could come this week, several officials say… 

Since then, the Joint Chiefs have met to discuss how a mandatory vaccination plan might work. Austin has also been consulting with military medical authorities, the defense official said. Austin’s current view is to “seek authorization to make it mandatory.” 

President Joe Biden recently announced that all federal workers must be vaccinated or comply with measures like masking and regular testing.
